You can read the website without chatting, calling or subscribing. Providing information is voluntary, not legally required. If you do not provide the information needed for a feature, we cannot provide that feature. Do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential information about others.
Chat and conversation memory
When you send a message, we store the message, the AI response and a browser identifier. We may also infer interests or facts and assess whether an inquiry is relevant to Oz. We use this information to respond, maintain context, review inquiries and protect the service. Oz can review conversations and summaries. This is an AI service, not a confidential conversation with Oz. AI assessments can be wrong; you may request correction and human review.
Providers and recipients
Web chat uses Google Gemini to process messages and relevant conversation context. Voice calls use Vapi and its configured AI and speech providers; the service also uses ElevenLabs for generated speech. Calls may generate recordings, transcripts and summaries available to Oz. Relevant inquiry summaries may be sent to Oz through WhatsApp or Telegram. Infrastructure providers process data needed to host and secure the site. If you open WhatsApp or another external service, that service's own privacy terms also apply.
Processing outside Israel
Hosting and AI, voice and messaging providers may process information outside Israel, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Provider retention and data use depend on the relevant service and account settings. We do not promise that all processing stays in Israel, that providers retain no information, or that your messages are inaccessible to the operator. Contact us for information about a particular feature or provider.
Research updates
If you request research emails, we store your email address and signup time for that purpose. Chatting alone does not subscribe you. To withdraw your request, email oz@twinoz.me with the subject Unsubscribe, using the subscribed address. We handle these requests manually. No purchase is required.
Cookies and security information
A cookie links messages to a browser conversation. Remembering across visits is optional; see the Cookies page for durations and controls. Administrative sessions use a separate authentication cookie. Server and security records may include technical request information and rate-limit identifiers to operate and protect the service. We found no advertising or analytics trackers in the current website application.
How long information remains
Browser-cookie lifetimes do not determine how long server records remain. Conversations, inferred profiles, inquiry summaries and subscription records currently have no automatic deletion deadline. Their retention is reviewed manually according to whether they are needed to continue a conversation, handle an inquiry, maintain a requested subscription, protect the service or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at the contact above. We assess the request and explain any applicable limits, including records needed for legal obligations or disputes and copies held by service providers or in backups. Clearing a browser cookie alone does not erase these records.
Your rights and requests
You may request access to personal information and correction of inaccurate information under applicable Israeli law. You can also request deletion, withdraw optional consent, or ask about other rights that apply to your circumstances; additional rights may apply under other laws. Email the contact above with the feature used and approximate date so we can locate the records. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information. Do not email passwords or identity documents unless we explain a necessary, secure verification process. You may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or another competent regulator. Requests are handled according to applicable legal requirements.
Limits and updates
The site is not designed for children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has done so, contact us. Security measures reduce risks but cannot eliminate them. Material changes to how information is used will be explained in an updated notice, and additional consent will be requested where required.
